When I turned 40, things really started looking DOWN for me

EVERYTHING… BUT the numbers on the scale

I swear I would gain weight just by looking at food.

In COMPLETE desperation, I made an appointment to see my doctor

In the room, I lost it, and sobbed uncontrollably while I told her I had tried everything but nothing worked

I wasn’t expecting the result it gave me and it was so different from anything I had tried before.

But I was so DESPERATE, I decided there was nothing left to lose, and this would be my one LAST try

I started following the method suggested by quiz, immediately after watching the video. Here's what happened to me during the first month:

Day 1

Nothing happened the first day which was expected - the video did say it would take at least a few days.

The method took 10 seconds like promised, which put me at ease.

Day 4

I started noticing a slight difference but honestly, it could just be my imagination, or wishful thinking.

Day 7

My jeans definitely feel different, I have more room in the waist and hips.

Day 10

I just ran into my old friend, Shelley, who I haven't seen in a year or two.

It was such a nice day, I spent the whole afternoon outside in the garden, and I don't feel sore or tired.

I went back to my doctor for my yearly physical

When she saw me in the room, she thought she had the wrong chart, she couldn't believe the transformation

My blood pressure was down, cholesterol was improving, and I no longer had that nagging leg pain

Best of all, she gave me a clean bill of health and said I was as healthy as a 25-year old!
At 53, I was 5'6" and 228 pounds.
